Herman Juwono & Siddhi Widyaprathama are the Founding Partners of Juwono Widyaprathama & Rekan, a business, tax and law advisory firm. Juwono Widyaprathama & Rekan has served distinguished individuals, corporate clients with various business sectors, such as financial and insurance, manufacturing, distribution, energy, retail, trading, hospitality and many others.

Herman Juwono has extensive experience in audit, finance and taxation matters in various business sectors for more than 45 years. He completed his bachelor degree with majoring in Accounting (S.E.) from University of Indonesia.
Herman Juwono has been registered as Tax Consultant in the Directorate General of Tax, Ministry of Finance of Republic Indonesia. He also holds a license as Public Accountant in the Ministry of Finance of Republic Indonesia and as Public Accountant in the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (IAPI).
Previously, Herman Juwono served as Lecturer in the Coordination of Private Universities (Kopertis) and retired as Head Chancellor. He was active as member of Board of Directors of Indonesian National Police Foundation and the Head of Government and Private Sector Relations of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). Currently, he is also the partner of Registered Public Accounting Firm Herman Dody Tanumihardja & Partners.

Siddhi Widyaprathama has extensive experience in finance and taxation matters in various business sectors for more than 15 years. He completed his bachelor degree with honours in Mechatronic Engineering (B.E.) and Master of Commerce majoring in Finance (M.Com) from The University of New South Wales, Australia.
Siddhi Widyaprathama has been registered as Tax Consultant in the Directorate General of Tax, Ministry of Finance of Republic Indonesia and holds a license as Tax Attorney in The Indonesian Taxation Court. He also holds international certification in “Principles of International Taxation” from The Chartered Institute of Taxation of The United Kingdom.
Siddhi Widyaprathama has also represented the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN INDONESIA) and the Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO) as source person in many focus group discussions, public hearings, seminars, workshops related to taxation held by many private institutions and government agencies. Currently he has been serving as member of audit committee of public listed companies in The Jakarta Stock Exchange.
